POSITION
Summary:
The Business Manager (Finance Manager, F&I Manager) assists new and used car buyers with financing options and insurance product enrollment.
Business Managers also work with financial companies to give fair finance rates to automotive buyers.
As with all positions within our automotive dealerships, Business Managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Prior experience in Sales is required.

Responsibilities:
Process vehicle financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through the proper federal, state and corporate channels Must provide a thorough explanation of vehicle financing and insurance to customers Must present automotive aftermarket products and extended warranties with a complete explanation of vehicle manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies Process all state title and licensing documents Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments Should seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs Provide the vehicle sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs All other duties as assigned Maintain a process driven work environment Positively work on a diverse team What is needed to be successful?
