Coordinates completion of MDS documentation Supervises utilization of CAAs and care plans Schedule completion of RAI following state and federal guidelines Manage Case Mix Results
Qualifications:
Current RN state license 1
years of long term care experience MDS Coordinator experience, preferred Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Positive Can-Do Attitude Excellent Attendance
