) is hiring a full-time Front Office Medical Receptionist.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is organized; detail-orientated, and possesses excellent customer service and communication skills.
This position will function to support general medical office activities to maintain an efficient and effective office operation.
This position is the first contact with patients and business relations, and therefore, requires providing a high level of customer service during all interactions, both in person and on the phone.
Candidate must have own transportation and be willing to travel between clinics as needed.

Recent administrative experience and/or vocational training with an emphasis on check-in/out, front desk duties, prior authorizations, and referrals with EMR experience a must.

fax, copier, postage machine, printer, 10 key adding machine, scanning Multi-line phone triage skills including transferring calls, taking and delivering messages, phone etiquette, etc.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Independently mobile Moderate to heavy computer use Periodic heavy physical exertion Ability to lift to 60 pounds Frequent bending, kneeling, overhead lifting, pushing, and pulling Moderate degree of strength due to some physical exertion required by providing patient care.
ACCIDENT AND HEALTH HAZARDS:
Potential exposure to communicable disease, and/or body fluids, medicines, and materials common in a latex-rich ambulatory healthcare environment.
