Printing Production Supervisor - Now Hiring
Our client, Chelsea Milling Company (aka JIFFY mixes), is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to work at their printing facility in Marshall, Michigan! This is full-time, direct hire position.

Provide first-line supervision of hourly employees to meet requirements of the production schedule Offer technical expertise in all areas of printing Ensure quality, safety, and productivity of operation Resolve employee relations issues Oversee and/or report on daily and monthly inventory, including sanitation/housekeeping of facility, integrated pest management, and Lock-out Tag-out Work with suppliers, vendors, and service suppliers Ensure high degree of quality with food safety and employee safety issues Assist/back-up Division Manager in all aspects of plant operations while providing technical expertise in all areas of printing Here's What You Need To Apply:
At least 5 years of experience in the printing/carton industry Previous supervisory experience Experience with labor unions and administering a collective bargaining agreement Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get along with others Comfortable with personal computers and basic computer literacy Knowledge of current cutting and printing equipment including sheet fed printers, Bobst die-cutters, and folder gluers a plus!
