This is a full-time position that should be filled by someone who is self-motivated and also able to work well with a team.
Greenhouses are a 24/7 operation and need reliable, consistent workers to ensure that we are creating the highest quality product.
Responsibilities of this position include:
Regular maintenance defoliation of plants.
Maintaining a clean work space.
Assistance in monitoring supply levels and and maintaining equipment.
Report directly to Cultivation Manager.
The right candidate for this position will have characteristics that include, but are not limited to:
Clean and orderly appearance.
Friendly, but professional attitude.
Ambitious and honest work ethic.
Dependable work history.
