BSIE or ME preferred or equivalent exp leading continuous improvement projects: 6 sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification is preferred. Certification in Lean manufacturing a plus.
Looking for person who can work with management to identify,develop and implement Continuous Improvement Projects, cost reductions, product quality enhancements, and process effectiveness improvement. will handle 5S audits, train employees in the use of lean manufacturing tools and coordinate project teams to accomplish lean objectives.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
