Now hiring a Accounts Payable in Marshall, MI! This is a Trial Hire position. Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a Accounts Payable for a Trial Hire position located in Marshall, MI. Candidates will be working Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30pm.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Key in all payable invoices
Order products
File paid invoices
Order diesel and propane
Call for repairs on trucks
Match credit card receipts to bills Keep vendor files up-to-date
Send new vendor information requests
Keying in all new vendors
Year-end paperwork
Scan/email any receipt without PO to Purchasing
Back up receptionist on phone when they are out
Other duties as assigned. - High school diploma with previous A/P experience
