Have 2 years of restaurant management experience
Are able to work a flexible schedule that includes: nights, weekends and Holidays
Have the ability to lead by example; using hands on, shoulder to shoulder work ethic
Must be able to enforce policies and procedures
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
